Hotel Stupka offers a range of rooms. The DeLuxe double room includes elegant furniture. The maisonette family apartment features bedrooms with a double bed on the first floor and a double bed on the ground floor joined with the living room. The business suite provides a double bed or twin beds on the first floor and extra beds on the ground floor. Suite Classic II has a double bed and sofa in the first room, and a single bed with balcony access in the second. Rooms provide ironing facilities, heating, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, and free toiletries. They also include AM/FM alarm clocks, flat-screen TVs, and carpeted floors.

The Stupka hotel restaurant serves à la carte dishes of traditional Slovak and international cuisine. Guests can enjoy specialties from the Ski, Golf & Hotel Resort Tále chef in the hotel restaurant, the Koliba Stupka, and on the winter terraces in the Ski Tále area. The Koliba Stupka offers grilled chicken and roasted pork ribs. The restaurant has a capacity of 50 seats inside and 50 seats on the outdoor terraces. Summer terraces are open at the Gray Bear Golf Course.

The ski resort area includes parking lots and pick-up points for the ski bus to the ski lifts. Nearby landmarks include Bystra dolina (2 km), Baba (4 km), Ski Tale (0.5 km), Myto Ski & Bike Centrum (4 km), and Bystrianska Cave (4 km).
